Agency Research includes collecting accurate data from various Government and Corporate Agencies, testing the data, and building databases and processes that all Karma Associates use to perform day to day tasks.
The Agency Research Team is vital in gathering data that helps support our Tax Lien and Deed Team, Loss Prevention Team, as well as enable our Asset Recovery Team to to recover assets that can drastically change a family's life. Consumer Research includes collecting accurate, consumer research from various public records, testing the data, and building databases and processes that all Karma Associates use to perform day to day tasks.
The Consumer Research Team is vital in collecting data to be used to contact current home owners on the brink of Delinquent Property Tax Foreclosure as well as past home owners that have already been impacted due to Delinquent Property Tax Foreclosure.
